Tyler Casebolt
Since joining Mathnasium in 2017, Tyler has made it his mission to help students build confidence and develop problem-solving skills that last a lifetime. As center director, he is responsible for the success of every student, the satisfaction of every parent, and the supervision of the center and its staff. Tyler believes that education is the best investment in a child's future, and he is grateful for the opportunity to work with families in his hometown as well as the surrounding communities. A self-described Wauconda man, Tyler can be found meeting with friends at Honey Hill, working out at Renegade Fitness, or walking the Park District path with his family. After studying elementary education at Illinois Wesleyan University and the College of Lake County, Tyler settled down with his wife, Brooklyn, who teaches special education in Round Lake. They are excited to welcome a daughter to their family this September!

All students begin their Mathnasium journey with a diagnostic assessment that pinpoints what they already know and what they still need to learn.
Using assessment-based insights, we will create a personalized learning plan for each student. Our detailed plan takes students step-by-step from where they are to where they need to go.
Once their personalized learning plan is ready and the pace of weekly math sessions established, students can start working with their math tutor in-center or by logging into live online sessions with them.

If a student is struggling or simply looking to keep up in their math class, Mathnasium will build upon what they already know, addressing their learning gaps and teaching math in a way that makes sense to them.
Mathnasium provides premium value by combining a superior learning experience with an efficient structure that keeps costs low. There is a flat enrollment fee for our program, and students attend regularly—much like a gym membership. We recommend that they attend Mathnasium 2-3 times per week as attending less frequently will slow results and attending too often could lead to student burnout. Pricing varies by program and geographic area. Contact our center for more details on enrollment packages.
