Math-Focused Test Prep to Boost Your Students SAT or ACT score
Math and Only Math
By focusing on only the math portion of the SAT or ACT we're able to have tutors who specialize in the subject. Not only do they teach students how to solve problems, they also have the experience to provide essential test-taking tips and strategies.
Personalized Instruction
Our proprietary teaching approach – The Mathnasium Method™ – starts with what the student already knows and hones in on the skills they need to achieve their goals. They get the same individual attention as private tutors, but they learn for true understanding.
Prep for Test Day and Beyond
While our focus for SAT or ACT test prep is on helping students ace their tests, we also make sure they're learning the material at their own pace and in a way that sticks. This will pay off both on test day and in their postsecondary education.
Learn from Anywhere
Squeezing test prep into a busy high school schedule can be a challenge. We make it easy with both in-center and online learning options. They'll get the same personalized face-to-face instruction either way—whatever works for your family on any given day.
Our math experts have devoted years of research developing the materials used to help students perform at their peak on test day. Our practice tests include the same kind of questions they'll encounter on the exams, and our experienced tutors work with them on navigating these types of problems. Through repeated practice and success they'll lose their anxiety and gain confidence in their ability to excel on the exam.

Our math test prep program is designed to give high school students the knowledge and tools needed to excel on the SAT and ACT. Students will attend two 90-minute sessions per week for three months, working with our expert tutors and proprietary test-prep materials to sharpen their skills.
Our test prep program focuses exclusively on building math skills. We provide individualized instruction and proprietary test prep materials specifically designed for the SAT and ACT to help students excel. Our tutors prioritize true understanding, helping them master the math rather than relying on test-taking tricks. This will pay off both on test day and in their postsecondary education.
Before starting the sessions, we conduct a diagnostic assessment to identify your student's strengths and areas for improvement. This enables us to tailor the sessions to focus on the specific topics they need to work on. Additionally, during the sessions, students will be given proprietary practice questions that reflect the style and rigor of the SAT and ACT.
No, there isn’t. Students who choose to join Mathnasium online will receive the same quality of live, face-to-face instruction and even work with the same tutors they would meet at their local learning center.
The Digital SAT (DSAT) is the new version of the SAT that transforms the testing experience from the traditional paper-and-pencil format to a digital one. Starting in spring 2024, the DSAT will be taken on approved devices like Windows or Mac computers, iPads, or school-managed Chromebooks.
